These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MockReady, an interview practice service provided by Bluevera Ventures LLC, doing business as Bluevera Labs (“MockReady,” “Bluevera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using MockReady, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

MockReady is a software-as-a-service product that helps job seekers practice for interviews using an AI voice interviewer and AI-generated feedback. Current features include tailored interview questions based on your uploaded resume and the role you are applying for, a voice-based mock interview conducted by an AI interviewer, and a detailed assessment report.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MockReady’s paid features. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure.

3. Plans, fees, and billing

MockReady offers:

• Free trial. One short practice interview at no cost, with a limited assessment preview.
• Finish your trial ($7). Complete and unlock the assessment for a trial interview, one-time purchase, limited to one per payment method.
• Single interview ($14.99). One full practice interview plus complete assessment, one-time purchase.
• Starter ($19.99/month or $199/year). Up to 4 practice interviews per calendar month, with daily and monthly usage caps.
• Pro ($49.99/month or $499/year). Up to 12 practice interviews per calendar month, with daily and monthly usage caps.
• Add-on credit ($4.99 each). One additional practice interview, available to active subscribers who reach their monthly cap.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle until cancelled. All fees are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed through Stripe.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for charges already processed. One-time purchases are non-refundable once the associated interview or assessment has been delivered.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@blueveralabs.com within 14 days and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue.

5. Fair use

MockReady is intended for personal interview practice. Sharing account credentials, generating content for commercial resale, bypassing usage caps, interfering with other users, or scraping AI-generated questions at scale is prohibited.

6. AI accuracy and limitations

MockReady uses AI to generate interview questions and assessments. It is intended as practice and feedback, not as professional career advice or guaranteed interview preparation. Your assessment reports may occasionally contain errors or judgments you disagree with.

7. Your content and our service

Your resume, job descriptions, transcripts, and assessment reports belong to you. MockReady’s software, interview methodology, question-generation system, assessment framework, and brand belong to Bluevera.

By starting an interview, you consent to voice recording. Recordings are deleted after your assessment is generated. Transcripts are retained per our Privacy Policy.

8. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to pay, or posing a risk to the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Disclaimers

MockReady is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email or in-app notice.
